About 2m x 2m to 3m x 3m
Compact, usually a lean-to or simple design at the rear of the house.
Medium +£6
About 3m x 3m to 4m x 4m
Standard size with a good amount of roof glazing, often a sitting or dining room.
Large +£7
About 4m x 4m or larger
Spacious, including larger Victorian, Edwardian or bespoke designs.
